Myeongdong Stay Guesthouse - The WORST GUESTHOUSE EVER

Buat temen-temen indonesia yang ingin backpackeran sendiri ke Korea Selatan, DIHARAPKAN untuk membaca review hostel/guesthouse di bawah ini (:

Aku sih berharap, engga akan ada orang-orang yang SOMBOND seperti OWNER GH ini (:

Kalau kata papah aku, punya GUESTHOUSE, HOSTEL, HOTEL, atau APARTMENT itu... Hospitality nya harus bagus. Kalau engga... Mending kelaut saja! ^^

Saya mau bagi cerita ttg guesthouse Hello Myeongdong Guesthouse atau Myeongdong Stay Guesthouse selama saya di Korea, 21-26/12/2017, 29/12/2017 - 02/01/2018.

KALO BISA HINDARI SAJA MENGINAP DISINI. SAYA JUGA TIDAK AKAN MAU KEMBALI MENGINAP DISINI!!!

Ok mulai dari plus nya dulu ya
Plus:
- dekat dengan subway Myeongdong exit 1 belok kiri jalan 5 menit belok kiri lg sudah sampai di guesthouse
- tinggal menyeberang jalan saja sudah pusat Myeongdong dengan toko2 kosmetik dan jajanannya
- dekat dengan pemberhentian airport limo bus (utk ke Incheon/Gimpo Airport)

Minus:
- GH minta deposit uang 30.000KRW
- GH ga ada lift.. jadi kalo bawa koper banyak ya angkut2 sendiri
- kamar sangat kecil bahkan untuk buka koper 2 besar aja ga ada tempat (saya bawa 1 koper besar 1 koper kabin, teman juga sama, bisa dibayangkan betapa sempitnya)
- pernah suatu kali pemanas kamar ga jalan, jd lantai dingin, dan ketika mandi air panas ga jalan. (Perginya musim dingin)
- OWNER GA BERSAHABAT, SOMBONG DAN KAKU
Owner tidak mengizinkan teman kami menunggu di lobby tp diluar (bayangkan musim dingin suhunya bisa minus menyuruh orang tunggu diluar, menurut saya ga berperikemanusiaan)

Tgl 25/12/2017 teman2 kami datang ke GH titip barang di resepsionis, ketika selesai jalan2 kami mau ambil brg tp owner ga ditempat jd ditelpon oleh teman kami yg tinggal di Seoul. Stlh dtg malah owner ini mendahulukan tamu yg mau check in. Temanku maju bilang "mana barang kami yg td dititipkan di resepsionis?" Dengan jengkel owner membuka kantornya. Lalu saya dan teman pergi ke kamar. Ketika turun teman2 kami sudah diluar gedung GH menunggu kami dan kami ditegur sama owner "Don't ever2 bring your friends again to this GH,  all of your friends are rude" Padahal teman2ku ga ngapa2in mereka hanya duduk2 di lobby menunggu kami turun dari kamar.
26/12/2017 Owner pertama bilang boleh titip koper tp pada hari H kami mau titip koper tidak diperbolehkan dengan alasan takut teman kami, terpaksa kami ke Jeonju dan Busan 
dengan koper besar.
29/12/2017 saat check in kedua kali (terpaksa krn sudah booking lwt agoda dan bayar pk kk) owner berkata "kenapa kamu balik lagi kesini?" "Kapan kamu bookingnya?"
Teman saya jawab "sudah lama sekitar juni/juli"
Ownernya "Dengar ya kamu bookingnya di Hello Myeongdong Residence... Hello Myeongdong ini dulu sewa tempat di saya krn ga bisa bayar sewa jadi saya kick mereka keluar.... Saya butuh waktu untuk mengecek kamar yg tersedia." (Disini kelihatan kalo diulur2 kita disuruh menunggu). Kami dpt kamar tp disuruh tulis di kertas bookingan "BAHWA KAMI TIDAK AKAN MEMBAWA TEMAN KAMI KE GH, KALO KAMI BAWA TEMAN KE GH KAMI AKAN PERGI MENINGGALKAN GH INI TANPA UANG DEPOSIT KEMBALI".... unbelievable.. look... my friends are nice persons and none of them are RUDE. And we are educated persons not criminals. SOMBONG SEKALI... 
Tgl 01/01/2018 kami mencari owner, lampu kantornya menyala tp pintu ga dikunci jd saya buka sambil ngomong "Hello.. anyone here?" Dari belakang sambil berkacak pinggang owner  bilang "what are you doing?" (Seakan2 saya ini sudah mencuri atau melakukan hal yg salah), saya bilang "kami mau bertemu Anda dan kami mau early check out jam 5 pagi"
Owner bilang "No.. no.. check out time jam 6 pagi"... terpaksa kami check out jam 6 pagi dengan flight jam 09.35 (mepet). Padahal tulisannya 24 hours receptionist
Tgl 02/01/2017 jam 6 kurang kami siap2 check out, kami sudah bersihkan sampah dikumpulkan di 1 kardus lalu kami taruh diluar kamar. Mendadak owner ada di lt. 3 dan melihat sampah kami... eh... kami malah disuruh membuang sampah kami diluar. Ditanya temanku "buang dimana?" Jawabnya "Ga tahu.. buang aja diluar sana"
Check out dilakukan diluar (bukan di lobby), setelah terima uang deposit, owner masih tanya "sampahmu kamu buang dimana?".. temanku jawab "disana(sambil nunjuk arahnya)"
Menurutku kebangeten masa urusan sampah harus kami yg buang.. harusnya ya urusanmu bersih2 kamar setelah kami check out.

Hmm kalau boleh jujur, dihari pertama temanku datang ke Seoul ini, aku sudah bertemu dengam ownernya.

Dari first impression nya juga keliatan loh, kalau owner nya itu sombong.

Aslinya, aku dan salah seorang teman korea sedang duduk menunggu temanku ini, tapiiiii dia nya malah kaya judes. Lah aku nge batin dong, "leh.. Kok judes seh?"

Terus pas aku minta minum, dia masa iya, jawabnya ngebentak. Plz deh... Just air putih loh. Paling juga cuma segelas?!

Terus dia bilang: DONT BRING YOUR FRIENDS

HELL-OH! PLEASE... I LIVING IN HERE! I WILL NOT GO TO HER ROOM! OH FVCK!

Huft jadi ikutan esmosi... Yaudah deh, waktunya tidur....

    " I did not stay there but today Dec 25th when I and 4 other friends were waiting our friends who stay there get ready, we experienced a very unpleasant experience from the owner.

    Here is the story, we arrived around 4pm. No one there expect 2 beautiful ladies who appearantly were waiting for check in.

    I saw the business name card and called the number. The owner came and shocked of many people. My friend just burst out asking where is the public toilet. He pointed to a room. I checked the room, it was locked.

    At the same time, he was dealing with 4 people with 2 different needs.

    Out of no where he told to my friend who stay there not to let anyone to come in her room.
    We never had any intention to come to her room.

    I asked again that the toilet door was locked. He came to the toilet, unlocked it, opened the door and slammed it. Geez.

    4 of us already sat in chairs. The lobby was narrow as fuck.

    Ok he was off to take the 2 beautiful guests who need to check in.

    Neither of us used the bathroom.
    As soon as he come back, we chatted silently....and I remained silent.
    After 5 mins he came to us and say "my friend is coming, you guys should leave"
    All of us except me were prepared to go out but I said to him, " You are very strict"
    He said, " You are very rude"
    I said, "I am very rude...ok" and I walked out.
    He came to me again and said, " get out of my property"

    I have 4 people 4 witnesses.

    Myeongdong Stay Residence is not recommended if you have a visitor/friend.
    It is not recommended at all because of the crazy owner...why angry like crazy of nothing.
    You have thousands of competitors...your business is a service business...you cannot be rude to someone who you just meet in 2 mins".
