hy 2019!!! halo semuanya~~~ apa kabar? hehehe hmmmmmmmmm..... jadi aku mau cerita aja nih, aku punya banyak banget planning untuk di jalankan di tahun 2019 ini hehe DOAKAN BERHASIL YAAA aku tadi siang pergi menuju kemang village, untuk ke First Fitness. dan alhasil~~~ aku mendapatkan member card dan juga tas + botol minum baru ♥.♥ aku juga dapet calemder 2019. hohoho aku mendapat pelatihan selama 1jam bersama seorang PT yang ber-license gitu.. aku dapat ilmu banyak. seperti plank, pelemasan sendi-sendi, latihan berat, hingga kardio. setelah 10menig pelemasan sendi-sendi, aku melakukan plank untuk otot berut depan, kemudian otot perut samping, otot pinggang, dan juga pembentukan paha dan pembakaran lemak jahat di seluruh tubuh selama kurang lebih 45menit. kemudian, aku melakukan cardio selama 25menit, lari dengan kecepatan 6km/h di atas treadmill. setelah itu bersepedah selama 10menit. dan kemudian di tutup dengan sauna 30menit. fitness ...
